Social media limitting?

    Any tips on how to limit my time on social media. I find its become a major trigger for PMO in my life and I want to cut down on my time spent on it. Both for phone and CPU. I run IOS also if that makes a difference. Thanks all in advance!!! :)

    I'm an old fart who uses a blocker on my Chrome browser for certain social media sites (Facebook) that always led to my downfall. I could easily uninstall it though, and I can still access it on my phone and my tablet. But I do like having it on at work. I think, ultimately, these types of things are punitive at best. As addicts, we simply need to re-wire our brains so we can make the decision to use these sites responsibly. And that's not always easy. Good luck!
