Social Loneliness, bad coping with porn, gay issues, some sort of weird PIED flatline, etc.

This is me. I don't know how to deal with it but explain it here and soon I will. There's just so much to explain but I will say this - I'm making changes. Psychotherapy is working for once because I'm making it work (I was symptomatic for years and porn was a constant dopamine hit for that 'feel good' heroin like 'hit') and I wanna talk about what the situation is, an unrequited love, my LGBT issues, my mental illness, supposed mysterious erectile dysfunction, my Scruff app addiction, my social loneliness, etc.

I wish Reboot Nation had a damn loneliness board because I'd love to explain my story.

Haven't actively started a reboot because again, of social loneliness.

Will post soon. I don't want to overwhelm.

 

Well here's a small introduction. I'm a gay 30 year old. I've been using internet porn-subs to cope since I was at least 20. I was hyper-aroused one weekend, downloaded the Scruff app to use to masturbate to, and masturbated (prone mind you) and within 2-3 days later my penis shrunk and my balls started to droop. My anxiety levels went up. I went to see two doctors (one twice and one urologist). They couldn't find anything wrong with me. I even had bloodwork done and one of the doctors said that there was nothing wrong with my penis.

An update I will say I've started driving lessons as early as last month. That should help improve loneliness issues! :-D
