So honestly, what good is nofap if i can never ejaculate again?

    I understand the benefits from nofap but if i have to refrain from ejaculation what good is it? A good portion of the benefits come directly from semen retention. If anybody has any insight itd be greatlty appreciated.

    NoFap for me = Restoring dopamine receptors

    The benefit is to have dopamine receptors that function normally, they do not function normally when you do PMO or MO. When healed, stick only to sex to get the great benefits.
