skirting with the issue

    so it's been 2 days since I've done PMO. However i have looked at por today but I resisted the urge to Masturbate. Is this a relapse or just a near miss?

    I'd say it was a mistake… but nothing you can't recover from.

    I've had two 2+ year streaks in my life. Both times when I relapsed I was probably skirting around pornography on the internet. When I finally saw something I immediately felt like a failure, threw my hands up in the air, and gave up/gave in. I let what was a minor offense (relatively) lead to me opening the door back up to a very powerful "drug" for me.

    I'd say you confessing your mistake here is reason to believe it was a relative near miss. Get back up and move on. Don't let it bring you back down.
