This is merely anecdotal. But since quitting PMO, I have noticed that my erections are 'fuller'. I don't think you will see any real increase to penis size.

Of course, nofap is more about getting control of your life than any of the secondary benefits.

 

My husband's penis grew 20% and changed shape and is more veiny.

 

It is not a stupid question. But why are you interested/ concerned/ worried about the size of your dick? Is yours small?

That's what is probably going on. People who quit porn and chronic masturbation are returning to normal and they're improving their erection quality so much that it seems like it's bigger. That's perfectly fine with me.
