    They joked about us and definitely don't go in-depth about porn addiction. But this is good because millions of people are going to discover this website because of it - and get information from us directly.

    I like nofap because it's a gateway towards many "no's".

    No to all the things distracting and numbing you from developing yourself and your reality.

    No to instant gratification that allows you to escape pain, problems, and negative experiences.

    The challenge allows you to experience the difficulty, uncertainty, and fears of creating real and delayed gratification results.

    At the end of a challenge / reboot, it makes you think "hmmmm, what else can I do if I stop escaping the difficult, uncertain, and scary problems in my life?"

    Nofap is a path towards not saying no to the possibilities of your life anymore.
