It's sometimes the guilt of being tempted , experiencing unexpected genitals frictions with pants or bed or blanket for example, triggering then toxic fantasies leading to the ultra-availability of pornography. And as the decision to fall back or stay on track remains mine, I find myself trying to equal the current temptation to the actual ultimate sin. After I really relapsed, I realized how worse it was than the temptation phase and that equaling it to the real sin was just a trick of the devil to get me down. So just watch your temptation, stay calm and neutralize it by sublimating this opportunity of desire into something profitable for you, considering it like a momentary boost of speed in a race that you must use before it's gone or like a temporary bomb you have to throw in a wall to break or an ennemy to annihilate before it destroys itself and you.
