Hello everyone, I would like to ask: what to do wheт occurrence a desire to masturbate?
This question is very difficult to answer since you have given so little information. From your tracker, I guess you have recognised that masturbation is harmful to you and you are hoping to avoid this behaviour.
All I can give are some suggestions of things that may work for you when you have a desire to masturbate:
Physical exercise; something that doesn't require a lot of self-motivating. Depending on your previous exercise habits, maybe there is a sport you can do. If not, a walk may be just the thing.
Meditation. Find yourself a meditation playlist, an app (e.g. Headspace) or if you have meditated in the past, simply find a quiet space to be alone and do your own exercise for 15-20 minutes.
Consult/write in your journal. Everyone should have a journal or some record of how they felt when they were at their lowest point with their addiction to PMO; consulting this journal could be a great reminder of why you are hoping to stop. Writing in the journal is a great way to reflect on your mood and confront your problems head on. Make a reboot log here on NoFap, have a paper journal, whatever you need to feel comfortable reading and writing from it.
If you can be present with any of these activities, it is unlikely that you will still feel any need to masturbate afterwards.

Write down the times it happens and try to make sure that you have a plan designed to help you avoid masturbating. I agree with the suggestions listed above: Exercising, journal writing, meditating. These have been helpful things for me and other guys. Good luck.
