    Into day 36 of attempt number 14 of no PMO. Have made it to 10 months no PMO,had my full erection back after 9 months and a hot partner. Then started PMO again due to several reasons and relapsed.But now my erection is even smaller than when I started and it's even harder to get up and I'm struggling to even get a partner. I worry that I am being put off being with any girl because my dick has shrunk so much.Has anyone else experienced this?

    PMO will always have side effects.. Even if you start it again after a long successful streak.. Permanent abstaining from P and M is the only way to have lasting results!
