It’s a flatline. Relax, it happens to everyone at some point in the their NoFap journey. It also varies from person to person. Don’t think you have a problem- this is your brain rewiring. It’ll take a while, but it only gets better after this. Stay active and use whatever energy you have on your most important tasks- because to be honest, during the flatline, you feel exhausted. You may also require a lot of sleep- don’t think you’re abnormal. Porn addiction is like any other drug addiction. Ride it out.

 

Not to hijack the topic, but can you get or induce a flatline by masturbating frequently and looking at porn? Think that's what happened to me.

 

I am early in my journey with Nofap, soon seven days free, and I am feeling the opposite: not only easier getting an erection but also harder and seems a bit longer even though that is just a hunch. But does everyone (as in everyone reading this post) experience that for a period of time, whether be long or short, they have increased ed then prior to Nofap? I had ed with girls, got performance anxiety and could not remain hard for long, and even inside it shrunk so very humiliating and negative experiences.

Personally, I'm on 76 days no PMO. Suffering from ED too. No erections, no morning wood, nothing. My penis is also shrunken.
