SHOULD I QUIT NOFAP AND START EDGING?

I'm a newbie here but I'd say from my previous experiences that edging is a shallow slope to a messy, slimey pit. I found it made me feel worse about myself, dirtier, more ashamed of my behaviour because I was pissing time away and not even getting the 'hit' of the orgasm.

Oddly enough there are quite a few studies that say that it's often the anticipation and 'ritual' around a lot of addictive behaviours that provide the stimulus, rather than the final release. That was definitely the case with edging for me.

    Good Luck.

Keep edging and then you will develop ED. That's what happened to me. So if you insist on fixing a PE problem instead of focusing on the full reboot, find another method.

You can consult doctors if you wish to find answers. Who knows? I would say that you shouldn't edge or fap based on my own experience. And based on the same experience I can confirm that those pc muscles those two guys (these)

are talking about do control penile movement, and thus are the reason for your PE. They can also cause thousand of other things, and that is why I said it is dangerous, thus you should consult your doctor about this.

Also I have no idea did I train bc or pc muscles. All I know it caused fuck load of orgasms in my brain thus resetting all the process I had rebooting. It had really bad effect on me. And I didn't consult the doctors. I had to relearn to not to do it again, before it would be too late. Perils of hell are endless.

You might benefit from talking to a doctor about it--remember it's not your fault. If you're feeling shame about it, notice the shame. You can even invite it in. Just don't give it a place to sit at the table, so to speak.

The Kegels stuff is interesting - some years ago I ended up with one side of my back muscles being weakened after injury and did Pelvic Floor exercises for some months until my back was sorted out.

I never experienced any 'fun stuff', so to say.
