    Hey everybody,

to those who've seen me post in other threads: Yes, my condition has improved alot, I even managed to have successful intercourse with two girls. Still, I'm encountering fluctuating erection quality since then, which often leaves me frustrated and confused about the reason and what to do about it. After all, I really want to have sex with these girls, but my body/mind do not really respond.

But I made a discovery. The times when I lacked erection quality to have intercourse/penetration with a girl (or be 100% hard during petting/oral sex), I always noticed the same thing happening:

My brain would turn into mush the second sexy things started happening or several minutes into it.

This suddenly appearing condition would be accompanied by the following symptoms:
    • mind drifting away, problems focusing on the girl and the activitiy
    • issues seeing, thinking and even speaking
    • extreme fatigue, dizziness
    • lack of erection quality, obviously
    • also, over-sensitive penis tip, resulting in almost unstoppable PE
    • low orgasm intensity
    • little to no semen coming out
    • no interest in cuddling or having more sex after ejaculating
I highlighted the "issues speaking" part because I've only seen this symptom being stated once by a guy on reddit. My question is: Are these symptoms still in the range of brain fog due to porn abuse?

To me, it always feels like the bar to get me aroused was raised by intense porn consumption and it's just difficult to get me aroused in general. Being emotionally attached to a girl seems to add to my arousal, which is why it's easier for me to get a 100% erection with a girl I have feelings for. I think this "bar" might get back to a lower level when I keep staying away from porn (and also keep away from substitutes like social media).

May I ask how far are you into your journey like how many days as it could help give me a more appropriate/better response to your enquiry

Hey Crimson, thanks for responding, yes of course I can give some details:
I started off with a 120 days streak of no PM and kept going from there. It's just recently that I masturbated twice in order to find out if traces of blood in my ejaculate that temporarely occured are consistent, but they fortunately aren't. That's why I reset the counter in my signature accordingly. I've had the brain fog problems since the beginning of the 120 days streak though and they haven't changed much. The brain fog even appeared when I masturbated these two times, resulting in me staring mindlessly into emptiness while experiencing a disappointing, low-intensity PE orgasm.

Yeah seems like your brain hadn't fully healed yet for most of guys in our 20s now it can take 6-9 months before a full reboot has happened with the blood issue I would consult a doctor as that shouldn't be a thing and could be caused an underlying issue if blood is also happening when you pee I would suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible

Ok seems like I just have to have more patience with it. Thank you for your advice! I started masturbating to porn at a very young age so I just might be in the range of people who need 6 to 9 months to fully recover.
Fortunately, the blood doesn't seem to be an issue anymore and there is no blood when I urinate. I'll still get checked out by a doctor as soon as I have a job and the money for it.

Okay then no blood is a good sign and yeah don't worry there was a guy called gabe I think he was in flatline from like day 1 and it lasted 9 months so I think most of guys around 20 need to give it that long
