Sex during reboot?

    I am new to nofap. It's my third day. I wanted to know if I can have sex with my partner once a month. The difference with sex nd pmo is that, sex is pure between us. I don't think of anything of porn world while having sex. It is more like connection and communication. So will that be called a relapse too?

    I'm no expert but here's what I would take into account:

    How severe is your addiction? Do you suffer from PIED or are you able to have sex?
    For how long have you PMO'd? Do you enjoy sex with your partner?

    I think it's a fairly good indicator that you don't have to think about porn during intercourse with your partner. Some people should definitely avoid sex for X number of days.     I am married and have been keeping sex with my wife going through this. It's still very early for me, only been a few weeks no Porn or Masturbation. As mentioned it's different for everyone. I am choosing this route for now.

    Very good points mentioned above, those are the exact things I considered myself.
