Sex during reboot?

    Okay I just discovered i have a passion for self improvement and i’m loving this so stopping my porn addiction was pretty easy, and obvious. But i want all the benefits of nofap, but also it’s reallt easy for me to attract beautiful women. So i know i’m gonna be having a lot of opportunities to have sex. I know sex is a healthy practice too for energy and confidence but my question is will i still get all the benefits of the reboot if i’m having sex?

    depending how your mind feels after sex. some feel depressed others feel good . If your mind feels good as in the next 3 days after sex then your on your way to recovery . if you feel bad or you get urges after then your still recovering. every ones different

    You won't get the benefits from semen retention, no.

    But you will have quit porn and masturbation so this should have some mental and physical benefits.

    As many here are rebooting the easy mode it's seems generally accepted to have sex while rebooting.
    My personal opinion is that the hard mode, including not having sex, works better because not being sexually satisfied forces me to think more intensively about my sexual issues. So this gives me a much greater chance to change things in my life.
    Maybe it's a way for you restrict sex to once a week or once in two weeks?
