(Sex addiction/Pornography/Escorts) New member my story

Hi everyone, am a new member on here my aim is to get my life back on track as it has been a little crazy recently.

Pornography has always been a problem for me since when I was 14 years old. This fap habit developed into an addiction and it got worse as I got older and led to other worse things. When I started university bad friends introduced me to escorts which has also become an addiction over the years, this has become burden on me as it’s affecting me financially and the guilt is eating me from inside.

Sex addiction has become a big problem of my life and now I would like to start a journey of recovery and losing my bad habits, which are affecting my life negatively, my physical strength, my motivation to do anything positive and also the drive I used to have is gone.

Porn addiction has made me feel physically weaker and the consciousness and clarity of my mind is not there anymore. That drive which I used to have in progressing my life is just not there anymore. The strength which I used to have in the gym is not there anymore I am constantly feeling fatigue as if
I am just brain dead and non existant. It has become difficult for me to focus on activities for too long and I have depveloped a short attention spam.

Today I will start my recovery and I would appreciate any help and advice I can get from you
guys in helping me in this difficult path of recovery which I am undertaking.
Today will mark my first day of recovery.
