SEVERE anxiety/panic after relapsing

    So I have relapsed and binged for the last week.
    I am in a constant anxiety/panic state now. Almost all day everyday.

    Anyone else feels like this when they relapse/binge?

    I didn't relapse so far but I had sex on day 110 and caused me anxiety.

    Look up PAWS/post acute withdrawal syndrome. You almost certainly have it. Welcome to the club.
