Serious addiction to porn..

    Hi All,

    I am new to NoFap and I am really addicted, to two explicit websites on the net. On one of them, I spend a lot of money, for "tokens" to pay models on the site.

    I feel disgusted with myself, and it has led me to other complications, such as anxiety, and worries about my penis size etc.

    Could anybody talk to me? Would be nice to not be alone!

    Yep you are not alone. Welcome! You have made the first big step - admit to yourself that you have a problem and seek some help. First step - stop using. Sounds easy, takes massive will power. Your body will go into withdrawal, it will be horrific for days but it will get better. It is the dopamine that your body is craving. So - as someone recovering from a 25 year P addiction, my advice is to be busy. Deny yourself spare time to mindlessly surf the web. Get a web blocker. Start today as day 1 no P no M no O. Tomorrow day 2. Imagine the addiction is a mortal enemy, because it is. It will kill you and me via suicide if we let it. Don't be a victim anymore. It is time for meaningful change. Post your progress daily. I know you can break this and rooting for you.
