SelfControl.app - script to set scheduled blocks

Small bit of solicitation: I've seen some people use SelfControl.app around here, which I'm also a happy user of—or should be, more often. I've been thinking about using it to set a general block at nights, maybe whitelisting my email addresses, gmail, and a couple things. At the outset it doesn't seem like it has this option.

Anyway it seems someone out there has a script for this. In case anyone's interested, I found a small script to schedule blocks at specific times with SelfControl: https://github.com/andreasgrill/auto-selfcontrol.
