Self surveillance on video

This may be kind of out there and extreme but what if you had a stream of yourself going through the process of relapse and commit to watching it? I'm mentioning it on the conditions that knowing it's there will prevent you from acting out in the first place, but if so that you would be definitely disgusted and it wouldn't show what were looking at, it would just show you and what you look like when under the spell. It's just thinking outside the box, and yes a bit extreme in some way but potentially helpful?

 

Or a mild version would be live monitoring, like a mirror. Not for people who have an issue being on cam maybe but it's a reminder you know?
