Self-Sufficiency as a Pre-Requisite for a Relationship?

I feel you, and I guess you must be feeling like a hypocrite doing that. I do the same sometimes, and I realize that it is just a b.s excuse to remain in my comfort zone. On this streak (my last, normal mode) I am more open to relationships and casual encounters. Telling myself I'm not enough will lead me to avoid real girls and end up relapsing one day. No more of that

 

It all started with that Tom Cruise movie -Jerry Mcguire. The elevator scene,the "You complete me" part.

To say that you have to be incomplete in the first place. And what about if things fell apart with that person? You go back to being incomplete again? Seems a terrible way to live.
