Self Love Challenge

    Hello Gentlemen!

    One of the things that I have discovered during my NoFap journey is that I have used porn and masturbation as a 'fix' for the lack of self-esteem and self-love that I have. In the back of my mind, I knew that I wasn't the most self-confident guy in the world, but the absence of PMO, made it all the more obvious...until recently. About 4 days ago I stumbled upon a "Self love challenge," and the daily challenges have been extremely helpful for my level of confidence and self-esteem. I'm assuming that I am not the only one on here who may suffer from these issues, so I've attached the challenge to this post so that someone else can also grow in this area. Let me know how it works out for you guys!

    Can you explain what some of those tasks actually are? A lot of them just sound like catchy buzzwords.
