Seeking guidance - "start to craving after seeing pretty girls at public"

Hi NoFap brothers, I have been bothered by this for a long time. As you can you see from the subject line, I often find myself accumulate to craving for porn or something sexual after seeing pretty girls or girls who expose their body. It does not happen instantly, and I try to control my thoughts most of the time. However, those movements that I failed to regulate my thoughts eventually accumulate to a strong desire to sexual materials.
I believe I'm not alone with this challenge, how do you guys cope this natural stimulation activating a porn-addicted brain?

 

Alien, thank you for sharing your experience with me, I have definitely learned from your words. I will try to disconnect seeing real life pretty girls from PMO. It's good you are learning meditation and exercising. They are so useful and healthy.
