"scanning" on public transport

I think it all comes down to how you look at them - is it in a sexuel way? If get pictures in your mind of these women in sexual intercorses then it might be a problem. I mean the ideal Nofap would proberbly be to not ever think about sex and only be driving by lust and not by self tempting... I watch many beautiful girls throughout the day and when I'm on Nofap I find them really, really fascinating. Almost like they're from another planet. I usually pay a lot of my attention to the hair and neck which and find beautiful AND very sexy. It's hard for me to look at girls without at some level to think about sex. Therefore I think the best thing is to ignore them even though you know they are there, cause you view on them will always be somewhat sexual. That's my opinion..

 

I'm single so we're in very different situations but I usually enjoy the view I don't immediately think about sex when I see an attractive lady, so in my opinion, I think it's different than porn.
I think it depends on your attitude when watching. See, I think it's ok to look at women and admire their beauty, just like it's ok to look at a beautiful sunset over the Rocky Mountains, thinking "Damn, the Rockies look fantastic today!". But it's not ok to look at a sunset over the Rocky Mountains and think "Damn, I wanna take a tank and fucking plow through those mountains and tear them into pieces!".
