Tried so many times to giveup porn. I have taken a huge step in my reboot journey i.w i have setup adult content blockers all over my computers and my phone too. Even then i have to work hard to get rid of it as triggers are every where.

  2. The triggers are indeed everywhere. On some days I am getting used to them though. Don't fight: accept and do something positive instead.

    Hi bro,
Level of my urges are also on a high. But for the last 14 days I haven't failed to my urges.
So whenever I got some urges,I try to indulge myself in activities which I like the most(playing or watching sports, games or puzzles etc).If none of these activities help me,then I'll go for the next option i.e. sleeping. If nothing works then the last thing I usually do is, going for a walk (sometimes even in night). This has helped me a lot.I usually forget about the urges when I takes a walk.
He is right. When urges arise don't try to force yourself or don't always think about how to overcome it.Do things which interests you the most and the urges will subside naturally.I am a nature lover,so walking helps me a lot.Find things which interests you the most and do it..
    All the very best,brother..

Thats all good advice. I remember what a friend of mine said when I quit smoking. And it was, " the urge to have a cigarette will eventually go away whether you have one or not" You can say the same thing about pmo, mo..... As crazy as the urges get, accept them and move on with another action that will eventually re-wire your brain creating a new neuropathway
