Risks and benefits of nofap

This practice of temporary abstinence is probably the greatest gift a man can give himself and also the most potent form of poison, if poorly executed. Whilst capable of transforming a man in an unprecedented positive way, ways that were not even conceivable by him, it can, by its magnificent power, also do quite the opposite. There are risks involved.

You might have heard some who ascribe semi divine powers to the practice of temporary abstinence. They claim that they attract women, experience more material wealth, see their careers blossom, experience more respect. The list is long. Perhaps you have also heard that others who practice temporary abstinence, suggest that these claims are vastly exaggerated, or not true at all. Both are telling the truth. They are not lying. The factor that sets the former group and latter group apart is the act of (subconscious) thinking mixed with strong emotions of either fear or love. It is a common wisdom of the ages that thoughts, mixed with strong emotions such as fear and love have the power to create what we call: physical reality. Andrew Carnegie knew this. Long before him, Jesus is claimed to have known this too. This has been documented in the gnostic gospel of Thomas.

You are, like it or not, an electromagnetic being that is connected to the surrounding universe. You, as a male, are given dominion over this world. You can shape it in any way you want. It is assumed that this is done by the ultimate creator as a way of getting to know himself in this vast multiverse of us. In order to be able to do that, we, his extensions, and in a way his equals, can do whatever we wish, without boundaries, so that the creator can also be exactly that: everything, without boundaries.

For that purpose, the creator has given you male energy which, if charged enough, can increase your electromagnetic charge, thereby creating a natural path of communication with the surrounding universe which is unbiased, nonjudgmental, amoral and ready to serve you based on your thoughts mixed with strong emotions.

During long periods of temporary abstinence, you are highly charged and thus your emotions, wishes and thoughts manifest at an unprecedented and astonishing speed. Your subconscious mind, which controls the vast majority of your thought powers, plays the biggest role here. But even your conscious thoughts, if mixed with strong fear or strong love, will manifest surprisingly fast. Herein lies the trap. For those who enter temporary abstinence whilst expecting no real benefit, having no faith, being doubtful, skeptical and (sub) consciously expecting very little to no change, will attract exactly that: little to no change. The same goes for those whose subconscious mind is filled with negativity, worries, doubt and self-hate. As they become bitter, they mix their bitter thoughts with strong emotions of fear. They will in fact attract bitterness, negative situations and disaster in their lives. Disappointed with these results, they lose their faith in this practice of temporary abstinence and go back to their old ways. It is ironic, but all along this technique was doing what it promised: It delivered to them what they wanted. They simply did not realize that.

By contrast, those who realize that they are charging their electromagnetic power and accessing this vast pool of ether energy around us, whilst controlling their thoughts and mixing them with positive emotions of love, think of great things: They see themselves with riches, love, success. Sure enough, this unbiased law of magnetism brings that to them. It has to. It is a covenant between God and his extensions here on earth. It is law and law is always observed in this universe.

This law is unbiased. It is non-judgmental. It has no moral compass. In that way, it is like gravity. You will die if you jump from a skyscraper. The unbiased, nonjudgmental law of gravity will kill you. It will not refrain from ending your life because you are a ‘good person,’ nor does it look into your heart and realizes that you are a kind person who helps the poor, or respects his elders. It will kill you. C’est tout!

Be aware of this great power that temporary abstinence brings and the fact that, if not properly used, can be detrimental to you and those around you. When you are engaged in temporary abstinence, guard your thoughts. Guard your subconscious mind which is wide open when you watch the news, read, listen to the news on the radio. When you read, watch television, watch a movie, play a videogame, listen to the radio or a podcast, your brain is in what we call an alpha wave state. In that state, your subconscious mind is wide open for suggestion and absorbs thoughts, concepts and ideas for future use. It is the subconscious mind that does most of the electromagnetic communication with the surrounding universe and creates and attracts a reality. Be careful because you are highly charged electromagnetic being during temporary abstinence and you will get what you subconsciously (and to a lesser extent also consciously) wish for. Be careful what you wish for. Guard your mind.

One last remark: Your thoughts materialize faster if you are nonjudgmental of others and have their best interests in mind and not just yours. Good luck.
