Retry of no PMO

    Day 0: Hello! My name Is Sammy and I am a 14 year old girl. Recently I found out about NoFap and I tried to do the same thing as I am attempting to do, but failed 2 times. The farthest amount of days that I have gone to was 7 days instead of 30 days. Things I will do differently on my 3rd try will be to:
    - Take faster, cold showers
    - Delete any apps that can tempt me into failing this challenge.
    -Occupy myself without it involving sexual acts or thoughts.

    Hey Sammy, welcome to NoFap!

    I just wanted to say- you’re 14. Your body is still going through a lot of changes whilst hormones are flying all over the place. It’s natural to have strong urges at your age. I’m not saying that because your 14 it’s fine if you still PMO or whatever occasionally. No, all I’m saying is you need to keep yourself dedicated and motivated to whatever your goals are.

    I know I am just saying stuff that you already know. It’s just that if I started NoFap at 14. I would of like to have been told that if you do relapse from time to time, that’s fine. You just need to make sure that learn from your mistakes and figure out what you have to do differently to combat the urges in the future. Don’t let any relapse get you down- learn from them, keep looking forward and move on.

    I think it’s great thing what you are doing. It shows even at 14 you know what you want in life and what you got to do to get it. Wishing you all the best Sammy. Good luck!

    Day 1:
    Today was very easy and tolerable. I actually had no urges today and any sexual thoughts were at a 0.
    Early in the morning, I was not the happiest person you could say. But that changed quickly after a few hours of school and talking with friends.
    When I got home after school, I talked with one of my friends and then took a nap quickly after school which helped me. Then after eating dinner, I decided to exercise a bit to occupy myself, then took a cold shower afterwards.
    I think a goal that I should have on the side of no PMO should be to exercise every night. For me it helps me a lot to get rid of stress and tension that I get every once in a while. So I feel that it could help a lot to reach no PMO for 30 days.

    Thank you for the encouragement and positivity. I have heard of a lot of benefits with no PMO and I am trying my best to get to that point. B thank you as well for the motivation! It helps a lot to know that people understand.

    Day 2: Even though I had a relapse, I feel that my mood and health has increased due to little to no PMO. I feel that I am a more motivated, positive, and happier person. As well as making smarter and healthier decisions.
    Today was a breeze, mostly because I was busy for most of the day.
    After I was done with school, I went to my local library to finish the rest of my homework. When I was done with that, it was about 4:30 before me and my family ate dinner. Which now that I think about it, it was very early. Then at around 5:45 I took a 2 hour nap.
    When I woke up, I exercised for about 45 minutes,did some small tasks afterwards, then took a quick shower.
    I have a feeling that near the end of this week though, it’ll get more challenging.

    Day 3: Today was a little more difficult than yesterday when it came to not having sexual thoughts.
    In the morning today I was fine as usual. I don’t talk most about my morning because I never get those types of urges at that time. It’s mostly in the afternoon after 3pm is when the “hormone monster” likes to creep on me.
    After school I had a harder time today because of the lack of distractions that I had. Meaning that I was not busy whatsoever and I was very bored.
    I talked about this yesterday, but I feel like I am more confident overall, as well as being motivated and making the right decisions. For example, I don’t get as nervous when being around or talking to the opposite sex as I used to get (excluding crushes). But lately I have been wanting to eat healthy and exercise too!
    I can feel myself becoming a better person already, which no PMO is being a factor of.

    Day 4: I relapsed :l

    Today was very hard for me considering that most my day was stressful and irritating. I also did not feel good after school when I got hard. This will probably take another a couple more tries for me to actually reach my goal. I know what my mistakes were and I will learn from. I will not delete this thread and instead just restart to day 1 again.

    Note: I started day 1 today because I actually relapsed yesterday as well. I know, i’m dissapointed in myself as well.

    Day 1: Today was a challenging, but tolerable day.
    When I woke up today I ate breakfast, then brushed my teeth and went back upstairs into my room. After I got comfortable I started playing video games for a bit and then worked out as well.
    Most of the day I was bored because there was nothing much to do. But I found ways to decrease that level of boredom and make this challenge easier for myself.
    After dinner, which wasn’t that healthy, being pizza and fries, I worked out again for the same amount of time.
    Whenever I do relapse, it is because I tend to make it harder for myself and try to get as much pleasure before I can’t stop. But when that happens, I never can stop.
    I’m gonna have to try harder.

    Day 2: Today was better than yesterday! I did not have any urges today and I distracted myself when I needed to.
    This morning I woke up and ate some breakfast, then stayed downstairs a bit to watch some TV.
    After that I played some xbox like yesterday I rested for a bit. Then watched some netflix, and youtube.
    At night time I didn’t exercise but I did do some stretches and positions that helps your body become more flexible and stronger.
    I’m gonna keep trying.

    Day 3: Today was way better than yesterday. It was way more tolerable and I think I only had one time today where I had sexual thoughts.
    The morning was alright! I woke up, ate breakfast, and then later took a shower. When I was done with that and my hair dried, I brushed my teeth and got ready.
    I went to my local library to work on my homework that I got over the weekend. Then was I was done I came home, played some xbox, ate dinner, then played some more xbox and went on my phone because I was bored.

    Day 4: Today was super easy and I didn’t have any problems when it came to resisting urges.
    This morning was pretty stressful and crazy, so I didn’t have a very good start to my day.
    When I got into the middle of the school day, I felt better. Being with friends and having fun in class when we could cheered me up. No one really got on my nerves either as well. But when It got to the end of the school day I was very bothered. (not sexually)
    At around 7:30 I started to workout and I felt pretty good after it. Since it was pretty hot where I live, I felt like I worked my body harder.

    Day 5: Today has probably been the most difficult day today out of the past 5.
    The morning was fine, like usual. I had no urges and I did not have any sexual thoughts at that time.
    The middle of the school day, my mood pretty much stayed the same. My mood was fine and my hormones were not trying to kill me, thank god.
    The end of the school day and a couple hours after we’re pretty difficult, and I would have to blame my crush for that. I was also very tired. 7th period just hit me like a brick.
    I’m not gonna get into the topic of my crush because, well, this isn’t my personal diary lol. But yeah, he made this day a bit more difficult.
    In all seriousness though, I feel like this website has changed me a lot even though I have relapsed twice already. And the reason why for that is because I have been masturbating wayyy less now! I feel like I am more comfortable with people around me and I am learning to be a healthier and healthy person!

    Hey Sammy!! It’s sooo good that you are starting nofap at such an early age 14. Gosh that’s around when i started haha and it really REALLY ruined my life. The period from 11-15 is EXTREMELY important. That is when your body is going through tons of change, mentally, emotionally, physically.

    You also will really negatively impact your growth and even your looks and beauty if you engage in the filth of PMO. This is no joke, many people turn ugly due to masturbation.

    I really hope you can continue to fight for sexual purity because it’s probably THE most important thing in life. It will dictate every step you make from here on out either directly or indirectly. What i’m saying might not all make sense to you now, but i don’t want you to have go through the pain. I ruined my entire high school years because of my addiction to PMO.

    You are so young and it’s so good you are here and have found this site. I’m happy you are here!

    Awhile back i found a quote that is actually really true for me and a lot of people. It’s a warning. It is a bit... intense but he’s trying to get a message across. I didn’t realize until many years later that PMO was causing my acne(it causes acne for some people because when you masturbate, you release tons of hormones and over time your bodys hormones are thrown totally out of whack). Anyway here’s what he said



    "I'm gonna say something that might be very controversial and I know I'll get a lot of hate/disagreement, but fuck it. It's better for me to just lay it out flat right and hope somebody benefits from this knowledge. When you are young and around the age of puberty(10-15 years old), your natural vitality is at an ALL TIME HIGH. This is the time where it is CRUCIAL to maintain a natural organic whole food diet based lifestyle, exercise, good family relationships, friendships, etc. AND it is also the time where masturbation and pornography will have the most detrimental effect. We all know that masturbation causes hair loss, acne, hormonal imbalances, etc. However, acne during puberty is supposed to be very mild and should only last for a year or around 2-3 years during puberty when hormones are balancing out. HOWEVER, when a teen starts regularly watching and doing PMO heavily because "he/she is told that it is fine and healthy", he is delaying the balancing of hormones, which leads to SEVERE cystic acne over time. Not for everyone, but for those teens who PMOd regularly AND ate a shifty junk food diet, and took antibiotics for their mild acne....I'm honestly sorry but that acne you have may take months to years of nofap and an extremely low carb organic diet high in Zinc for your body to finally recover and for you to finally get rid of acne, hair loss, anxiety, depression, etc. I knew many of my friends who had severe cystic acne during high school, not surprisingly...they also PMO'd like 3-4 times everyday, and ate junk food like crazy. Fast forward one year later, they decided to stop jacking off...their faces were crystal clear without even taking medications. They did modify their diet to a higher protein diet and started exercising of course but the real biggest factor that got rid of their severe acne was stopping the fap. The "glow and spark" returned to their eyes and you could see the youthfulness in them once again. Before this, they looked "sick, weak, depressed, dull eyes, fat face, skinny body, etc. The health concerns over masturbation are real and are documented. Conventional doctors won't tell you shit cuz that isn't in their curriculum. Any Naturopath/homeopathic doctor however will tell you this is true. You don't have to take my word for it. Research for yourself...HELL if you still don't believe me, go and make an appointment with a naturopath or just visit and ask them the question. They'll tell you what I told you. It's very clear why ALL religions condemned masturnation and looking at others with lust. If you don't believe in religion, every spiritual dogma also highly discourages it. It fucks your body and mind up on more than just the psychological level. Even physical. Hope you guys can keep an open mind."
