Restlessness

    Currently on Day 6.

    I've been having problems with restlessness. Particularly at night the moment my head hits the pillow causing me no end of sleep problems.

    Also, my mind feels like it's buzzing away all the time.

    I felt like I'd taken a ton of prework-out when I hit the gym yesterday and had loads of energy, dispite having slept zero hours the previous night and having no appetite since starting my Reboot.

    Has anyone else had any similar experiences?

    Try integrating some starch into your dinner, like sweet potato or rice. These foods help me relax and go to sleep easy.

    My carb intake has been low as I've completely lost my appetite during this reboot. Essentially just living on protein shakes. I'm finding solid foods difficult to stomach.
