For reminding yourself (the PA) why porn is so wrong for the world:
Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked Our Sexuality by Gail Dines, and
Hot Girls Wanted (the original documentary, not the series).
Both are trigger-laden, so you need to be careful, but they both help us see the extraordinary damage porn does to the people in porn, and to everyone.
When I started out trying to quit I found Confronting Your Spouse's Pornography Problem by Reid & Gray super useful (though one of the chapters is much weaker than the others). It gave me real insights into how wives feel about their partner's porn problem and what might happen if I failed to stop. Sadly out of print now.
