Hello all. I'm returning to NoFap after a less-than-graceful exit from all forums about 6 months ago. I'm glad to be back on track.

My PMO habit is not isolated from other life areas. The same frameworks of desire are at play in how I approach almost everything:
    • fantasizing
    • mental grasping
    • desperation to get things NOW NOW NOW!
    • poor thinking habits
    • confounding, unchecked, negative societal influences and expectations
    • loneliness and isolation
    • paralyzing fear and shame
    The list is exhausting.

However, I'm hopeful and focused on moving out of this habit.

I look forward to empowering interactions on the forum.

(PS: I'm on day 7. I reset my counter so it should be updated soon.)

No. Delete them. Because you have them, you will eventually want to look at them.

Hello everyone there! I am new on this forum. I don't know exactly how it works, or which is the best way I can use this. I am 27, and watch porn since around 10 years. I'm a bit concerned about this, because in the future I'd like to get married and I don't want porn to be a problem. Also, I'm a Christian and thus I've experienced how porn and sensuality, sometimes, has "separated" me from God or from the Church, and I don't want my life to be like that. I have the intuition that love will be the most important thing in my life, and of course porn is quite a threat to it.

So, how can I do to to this pathway together with someone? Which forum or method is the best way?

    Thanks a lot to all!

    I am new here.
I want to ask about the flatline.
I have been trying a new breathing technique and the results were out of this world but the problem is that i am having a flatline period that i am struggling to understand.
Could you please suggest some scientific literature?

Why, accept the pain and the process! No more ''giving up porn/PMO'', replace that with ''I want to improve my life''. Improvement can take place in any shape or form, but quitting PMO in itself is a gigantic step towards improvement! Even if you still eat garbage food and you have a life that you don't admire, the first step of quitting PMO and deciding this is not for you is a big step so give yourself a pat on the back.
How do you envision your life free of compulsive behaviour? Write on a piece of paper.

Well said. Almost everyone who went on long streaks took about 6 to 18 months of trials.
