Religion can be effective in quitting.

Well that's very sweet, but those 10 commandments are stupid. For example, honour your parents, my parents are narcissist cunts. What about kids that got molested or belted by their parents?

Those commandments and not from God but Moses's brain. He went up to that mountain, took 10 days to think about it, and 20 days to carve those two tablets. God spoke to him through a burning bush, fire carved the tablets, staffs turning to snakes, water turning to blood, you believe that stuff? Moses wanted to free his own people, it's obvious.

 

Why can't we enjoy the beauty of sex? Humans are the only animals that have this shame, not any other animals, insects, etc, and I blame religion.
