    You heard of Bikram yoga? It's a intense workout and heals the nervous system.

    I did it for the whole of 2014. I wish I could do it now but with work every day I just ain't got the energy

    today was leg day, holy sh*t... I was onyl able to train 15 minutes again. I woke up today feeling that muscle pain that you feel the next day when you exercise specific muscle groups (pretty much from waist upwards till deltoid, arms as well). Haven't felt this in a long time

    I was doing bioenergetics and the 5 tibetan rites (special yoga exercises), they have helped me to heal a lower back pain I was feeling for over 12 months
