    On monday the 20th, I gonna start to go for the 30 days, I feel prepared and motivated, I´ve learned a lot since I´ve visited this site for the first time.

    I just think it´s so much easier if you start together with someone, having someone being on the same day as you are, chatting with the people what happened during day, providing tipps and tricks how to handle the next day etc.

    Since I gonna have a little bit more time the next few days, I really wanna spend some effort into motivating and helping anyone who wanna join me on this 30 day run.

    So let me know who´s sailing with me so we can start the journey well prepared.

    today is the launching day, making sure webfilters work properly and 1st week is filled with things that you can do in your free time :D

    1st day done, did A LOT of research about diet and how to use it for own advantage, also 1st day seeing actual sun light after 4 months again, it´s been an amazing experience, like I finally know why the sun is so important, seratonin did its job, I felt amazing and energized this day even while sitting at my table and reading tons of stuff about diet.

    so another day, currently way too bussy to think about PMO, the subject diet is such a big thing to get even more out of your brain and body.

    It´s kind of sad that people only research diet once they wanna change their body, but after many hours of research I finally got my reason to make sure having everything I need each day, such as magnesium, tryptophan etc. The better your diet, the better you perform as an overall person, seems legit :D

    Already applied some changes, feeling way better than before.

    you are far ahead :D still got my wicked day 4 to beat, after that it should be easier :D

    Keep going man, and once you are close to relapse, remember, you already told yourself it´s not worth it, relapsing will make you repeat your own words...I think you don´t need to repeat yourself FOR yourself :D
