Relapsing into old habits after two months

    Hello Guys,

    I really could use some help or someone to chat with. My history involved sex at age 18 and starting PMO at 19. I realize this is backwards. Relationship (long distance) with first gf was marred PMO and resulting in ED. We soon broke up after unrelated matters which through me into a PMO whirlwind of a minimum 3 times a day. Two years later, ED is in full blown with a new gf. NoFap is a success after two months and sex is happening. But unemployment is racking my brain and giving me stress that was normally relieved with PMO. I need some serious help if possible. I know what you guys are going through but I can not stop anymore. I went through NoFap as a lurker for 2 months. Very few lapses into P, more so in the less damaging M but now P is making a come back multiple times a day for the past week.

    I don't know if you even check your replies here anymore but I'm new to this site and 7 days in and I just wanted to say that unemployment or any number of life's shitty challenges are bound to make you look for stress relief and its understandable that you went back to PMO. I think though , if you were really honest with yourself, you'd probably agree that far from reducing your stress, excessive fapping and Porn use is increasing your stress levels - because ultimately its all about control. You can't control unemployment or debt or death BUT you can control porn use and fapping. Just start afresh and take back one area you can control and other areas will follow. Good luck my friend.
