    guys I relapsed again today....please give me some tips....I want to reach my goal of 30 days then I will go to 60...please give some tips...and wish me luck

    Look through other people's success and failure stories, educate yourself, get the tools you need, and find out where the root cause of your problems lies.

    You need to be committed - honestly committed - for a reboot to be real, and do its job.
