Just wanted to add to what everyone else is saying. I woke up this morning "itching alot" and was lying next to my wife. She was still asleep.
Like what everyone else said it is your body craving those chemicals. The more we call it what it is, the better equipped we are to fight.
Hllo guyz i m trying to keep myself busy alot these days just about to reach 1 month which will be a huge motivation im feeling quite less urges these days but there are a lot of secretion which sorta troubles me lot
going well uptil now hope to reach 30 days of NoFap big numbers are after all a great motivation still the secretion are troubling alot but im trying not to be influenced by it rest everything is quite well
You're approaching 30 days. Are you sensing any differences in the way you feel? You should start feeling those things if you haven't. You're doing great. Keep fighting the good fight.

Hi guyz i feel good today just about to reach 1 month it is one of the biggest achievement eventhough im feeling the urges quite alot today but i think i will pass
Finally reached 1month i feel really happy about it eventhough today urges were quite strong maybe i couldnot go out today mainly due to the day n have been tense as premed exams r just 2 months away n syllabus is way tooo much to be completed i dont know what to do a bit confused cant manage time properly
Sometimes less is more. Take more breaks, and try to clear your head when you take them. Set a schedule for the day, study 50min, rest 10, set a finish time (for example, no more studying after 7:30, have some dinner and relax, preferably without any electronics). Urges become stronger when we are mentally exhausted. And congratulations on 30+ days, it's a wonderful achievement, don't stop!

Omg i dont know the urges are really strong
Do some physical exercise, it's a proven method to help in these moments You don't have to do anything that leaves you breathless, simple warm up exercises work just fine, and they'd help you pass dangerous moments
these days were quite easy mostly because i m watching a serial n is continously involved in it
but today itch was there alot n because i was a bit i couldnot go for a walk too maybe thats y well but i still happy that im able to reach day 45
hi guyz urges are quite less now but nowadays im dreaming quite alot i dont know what to do its interfering with my daily life first i thought i was suffering from maladaptive dreaming but i dont think so now but now i know it was just a belief not reality i feel quite good
43 days already a huge progress. Remember your feeling of joy because of that so many days and how long did it take to reach it. Stay on your right path, lady!
