Relapsed again ..my new project.

Sorry if I'm disappointing anyone..but I relapsed once again yesterday. So ..3 relapses in the last week after 49 nofap. I know it's not a huge lost in comparison to what i used to do few years ago.but still. I'm trying nofap since the middle of 2016 and haven't been able to abstain for more than two months then I always fall back again for whatever reason . So ...now I decided to try normal mode . I will allow myself to masturbate once a week ..not just "allow" but actually I will "force " myself to masturbate once every 7 days. And I will cut out porn completely. Until I complete 90 days no porn . I will keep doing that until I feel like my need for porn has disappeared. Then I will gradually decrease my masturbation rate until it reaches zero. And I expect if I follow this plan I will reach 2020 able to take that year pmo - free. But it is just not realistic at all to try cold turkey this year..i can go for few weeks and then always relapse and then booom binge again..so I thought to myself this is the most reasonable plan when I looked the whole situation (my PIED and the necessity to stop+the inability to stop no matter that or how many times I try).
So by this plan I can tell myself "ok fine..i can fap once a week and feel good as long as I don't use porn ..and busting one nut a week is no dig deal actually when you compare it to edging for hours to crazy ass porn ..the first can't ever give you ED if you do it properly..the last is guaranteed to fuck up your life.
I contemplated a lot..this is the best plan I can make right now.
