    Hey guys, if i watched porn for 2-3 minutes without masturbation does it count as relapse?

    It depends what rules you play by. If you're abstaining from PMO it is a relapse.

    Yes, I would count that as a reset. However, it is uphill from here. I suggest you get stuck right into it. Create a counter, start your own journal thread, and write down your reasons for quitting pmo and how you hope to improve yourself.

    Sorry man, I'd say it's a reset by almost any standard. If you don't count it, you will keep doing this and it will progressively get worse. Then you'll have a huge binge on your hands. Raise the bar!

    Thanks brothers for your responses. The problem is that i dont know how to deal with this fuckin thougths. How to avoid this images, thoughts, emotions in my head and body, i feel like a loser ugghh
