    You're married. It's not a relapse. You cannot ask your wife to not have any sexual encounter with you for 90 days while you work through this. That's why you get married is to be bonded to each other sexually. Just make a commitment that the only form of release you will feel is at the pleasure of your wife. She is your outlet. Not porn, not masturbstion, not anything else except your lovely wife. Us single guys can go true NoFap in every way. In fact, I'm not planning on dating or trying to until I complete NoFap. Trying to give myself motivation to conquer it quicker. Hope this helps!!!
