    I'm sure warning signs are completely individual. You should know your own warning signs. Delete them from your mind and re-focus.

    It really was a good, concise video. It had a good focus on the idea that relapses don't just happen in the blink of an eye and that handling them isn't just saying a final NO at the last moment.

    I'd like to add that a single, firm NO isn't always enough, because asking "am I going to relapse?" isn't a fleeting question, once asked, once answered and finished with that, it's more of a stage. If you perceive it as a yes-no question, you'll eventually buckle, because your body keeps on asking the question at that stage.

    And the video had good notions on how to avoid the relapse-stage and how to get out of it once you're there.
