Relapse after 32 days

    Unfortunately I relapsed my aim was to make 30 days and this is the first time ever in my life in a year and half that i made it to the one month mark but fell victim to it. 32 days to be exact

    What were the things that led up to your relapse and what does relapse look like for you?

    Tremendous, this is a significant stride in your self improvement! :) Not to masturbate to porn or ejaculate for a month is
    a great achievement. It is not enough to reboot your brain from the addiction, but now you have set a benchmark you can repeat. Each repeat, push the boundary further. Maybe by a week - 35 days, 42 days etc. Or by 10 days each time or by one extra month each time. Plan to succeed or you will succeed to fail. Don't feel down. Continue with renewed hope man.

    32 days is significant. There must be things that worked that you can build on; can you think of any? And what can you defend against so oyu can extend your streak next time?

    well it happened as the following i was feeling lonely, depresssed (flatline) for about a week and half powered through most of it the last two days then gave in but this time i didnt watch porn, less revealing yoga pants.

    feels great that I am improving but social anxiety comes and hits harder than ever

    yes i tried to distract myself the second an urge came on, religious prayer and remembrance of God, I focused on gym for the first two weeks, sometimes ate and watched cartoons ate chips( bad i know but low reward kept me going) watched funny less revealing movies with parents, spend time doing schoolwork, worked weekends

    I basically was flatlining alot and was depressed about weight for which i have to diet and exercise consistently and few days I didnt even have the motive to shower, have yet to use cold showers but i do use cold water below waistline during shower. i have learned not to belive in superpowers but i did experience few like eye contact, some interest from others, people open to talk, little more respect. the first and main thingh that saved me is God and prayer and going to gym helps eleiminate loneliness but at the same time girls in yoga pants always get to me I have also tried to purify my gaze as per relgion where i try to look away down or other than women

    Did you try to cut caffiene and drink anti anxiety teas?

    I tried yes and caffiene was a problem in previous streaks but i do drink green tea and have l theanine vitamins but havent been taking either as consistent as possible

    Ginger tea, chamomile, taurine and many other foods and supplements worked a little for me. But stacking 5-7 everyday is very very helpful. It took 4 years to me to find the best stack, this is subjective and you have just to try it.
