Recover from PIED without flatline

    I'm pretty sure I'm counting my chickens waaay to early but I've been P free for 47 days and MO free for 10 days.

    Usually I would have hit flatline by now, is possible even though I have relapsed many times I've gotten flatline out of my system?
    Has anyone ever had PIED and rebooted and cured PIED without going through a flatline?

    I was on 45 days nofap hardmode until I reset, I didn't have any flatline. 7 days later I tried to have sex but didn't work. Multiple tries and a week later it did work. Having any kind of sexual contact can help I think, as long as you stay away from P.

    Well I managed to have sex last night, it was great the only thing I worry about is the relationship is very much a friends with benefits scenario, and while this person is my friend and I do care for her, I do not have a deep connection with her that I have had with an actual girlfriend, for lake of a better term, we don't "make love" there's difference and I'm not sure how that affects things, but like you say maybe as long as I stay away from porn it's ok.
