so I’m now in day 39 of no PM and I’ve noticed it’s effects in my sex life with my fiancé. Although I felt that we had a good sex life together before I gave up on porn and masturbation, I have noticed a change for the better. People think that penis size, for example, is major factor in the prevelance of female orgasm, but the fact is that it is very much tied to the woman’s mental well being as well. Before I gave up porn I had been able to make her climax with relative frequency and I chalked that up to me being on or off my game in the bedroom on that day. However, i now see that she was only occasionally in the state of mind to forget about by persistent porn use and enjoy intimacy enough to actually achieve orgasm. Since I dedicated myself to her completely and gave up pornography we have been so much closer and we both enjoy sex so much more than we used to. She now orgasms nearly every time we have sex and it’s making us both happier with the positive changes I’ve made in the past month or so.

The point of all this is to say that we all owe it to ourselves, our women, and our relationship to fight the good fight and kick this bad habit for good. God bless you all, let’s beat porn abdication together.

Awesome for you :D I started not too long ago (with the PMO that is) and the main reason do to so, was and is, my girlfriend. I can make her 'O' but I don't find it as pleasurable to me as I imagine it should. Hopefully I'll be able to recover and have great years/decades with her.
