    This my first thread here, i was very happy to find NoFap, its simple concept makes it more and effective, young men helping each other for good a cause.

    Am 30 years old and on my 36th day and on NoFap, i have been PMOing since at least i was 13 years old on different intensities but constantly for these 17 years! I just had a major setback, not my first in these 36 days, i was very excited about the idea on the first days, i got too excited on my 12th day because of NoFap and because an event i was organizing that i actually M without porn and on my 24th day but this one i call it a setback because there is no excuses left to tell myself so i will make my counter zero again. This time i will do it to 90 days, but i have to be honest with myself first, stop any excuses to not live up my standards an do it right.

    In his book "the power of habit'' charles duhigg identifies a ''Keystone habit'', it's usually the oldest and most prominent habit, identifying this habit and dealing with it is the first step for any personal growth,for most of us that habit is PMOing.

    In addition to masturbation, i have tons other bad habits like drinking and smoking and weed, for the past 5 years, i've been aware of their usage and my impulsive nature of depending on these runaways when i encounter frustration. while i was younger, it was more child play than an addiction, but when i grew up and started facing challenges, i resorted to these bad habits.
