Rebooting

    Hi

    So I have tried NoFap however the most I have lasted is about 3 months.
    I tend to find it makes me more aggresive at work and more snappy.
    I have been know to have arguments with my managers at work.

    I generally only last about 2 weeks now.
    I generally feel low the day after I have fapped.
    I think as you get older its harder to meet women, I work in IT so never meet any women which doesn't help lol

    Can relate. Need to find source of anger/fear/pain. Diffiult to do and requires brutal honesty with self and trusted friends. There is a good reason for you getting angry. Your colleagues are just the button. Sexual frustration is the detonator.
