Reboot while in a relationship.

    Been in a relationship for the last 9 months and I need to dump the porn and reboot. Do I need to also abstain from sex during this or will it aid in the transition and rewire?

    From what I have read and learned from this site is that abstaining from any orgasm with a hard reboot of no PMO for at least 90 days will give you the most chance of succeeding. And I can speak from my experience too.
