Day 9. Had a terrible day personally and professionally. Haven’t given in to PMO though. Hopefully I can continue to stay strong.

Acknowledge and move on. Keep going. Forward is the only way. There is a path out of this even when it can't be seen.



We live in a world where instant gratification lurks practically everywhere, which leads to pretty much instant regret and darkness. That also means that in order to be virtuous, the man of today will be tested beyond what most men had to deal with in the past. But, it can be done. I believe it.

Don't lose sight of this no matter how many times the lesson is taught!

 

Thanks. Just a few hours more and I will be completing day 1 of nofap. Feeling rather proud of myself.
