63 days completed. My last 63 days has been the best ones in years. Have made a huge improvement with my health. My self-discipline is much better. I have completed a programming project I’ve been working on for years. I sleep better. I work better. I am happier. By controlling my addi tion, my life is basically better on all levels! Cheers.

Have you tried to go through all the x-day challenges one at a time? You start with the 3-day challenge, then when you finish it you take the 7 day challenge and so on.
