Hello everybody! forgive my bad English and give you congratulations for the forum, if I had been when I was young I might never have reached this extreme.

I present myself I am Curro, I am 33 years old and I have been fighting against erectile dysfunction for 3 years and this is my last hope ...

    Mi history:
    - Addicted to pornography since I was 15 years old, masturbating every day 1 hour, climbing continuously in porn. Especially for some love failures.
    - When I was 26 years old, I hurt my penis with masturbation. (This is my great fear) I had a lot of pain, so I went to the urologist and he told me that I do not have anything, so I did not give importance to the damage.
    - From the age of 26 to 29 I have a great success with women and at 29 years old I know the woman of my dreams, I have a 3 years relationship with her, at first it was normal but over time I begin to notice small problems of dysfunction that are increasing during the time until we decided to break the relationship for it.

    Currently my simtoms are:
    - Spontaneous erections of 70% rigidity.
-one of my veins swells and goes on like that from the pain of the penis, the urologists say it's just a bigger vein, but I did not have it before.
    - I can not maintain the erection without direct stimulation, my erection decreases in 30 seconds. that is normal?
    - The morning forests disappeared.
    - When I maintain sex, the erection gradually decreases and this drives me crazy, cowboy posture is really difficult to maintain.
    - I have never abandoned porn and daily hour masturbation! Strong erections sitting and standing with masturbation, lying down costs me a lot.
    - I have visited 3 urologists in this 3 years, both have sent me pills and they have told me that it is mental, but they did not do tests. My family doctor wants to send me to the psychiatrist for insisting so much ....

Now I'm really scared, I do not know if I have DE or PIED, I'm afraid of having a venous leak the day I hurt myself, currently using blue pills.
    What do you think?
    are these pied symptoms?

Hello dear sir! Some help from yourbrainonporn.com:

Wondering if your problem is porn-related?

The first bit of advice is to see a good doctor to rule out any medical abnormality. If you have done so, try this simple test. It will help to distinguish betweenporn-induced ED and performance anxiety-induced ED (the most common diagnosis):

    1. On one occasion masturbate to your favorite porn (or simply remember what it was like).
    2. On another masturbate with no porn/porn fantasy. Try masturbating to sensation only (no fantasy), with the same speed and pressure you would experience during intercourse.
Compare one and two: quality of your erection, the time it took to ejaculate (if you can). A healthy young man should have no trouble attaining a full erection and masturbating to orgasm without porn or porn fantasy.
    • If you have a strong erection on #1, but erectile dysfunction on #2, then you likely have porn-induced ED.
    • If #2 is strong and solid, but you have trouble with a real partner, then you likely have anxiety-induced ED
    • If you have problems during both 1 & 2, you may have severe porn-induced ED, or an organic problem. When in doubt, see a good doctor.
The above test is helpful to differentiate porn-induced ED from performance anxiety: You cannot have anxiety with your own hand. However, it cannot always differentiate between organic ED (hormonal, structural) and severe porn-induced ED – as many men with porn-induced ED cannot maintain an erection even with porn. This test cannot assess if your ED arises from severe psychological issues such as clinical depression. Nor is the above test meant to assess whether you have recovered from porn-induced ED or not.

    thanks cherry for the information!
    answering:
    - 1. (using porn) I have strong erections like rock sitting and standing without any difficulty, but lying down costs me a lot.
-2 (without porn and as if you were making love to a woman) sitting and standing it takes more effort, lying almost impossibly.
The urologists only see my dick and they say it's ok, you do not have anything, you're young, your problem is mental, take pills and recover mentally. that's how they take me 3 years, but they do not send me any proof ... etc "only their magical sight" My opinion is that I have some pied and something organic, but I hope it is PIED, hopefully.

But is it normal to start losing your erection without stimulating after 30 seconds?
If it's normal, maybe my cock only responds to a constant, fast and strong stimulation, and that's why in real sex I'm losing it little by little.

It's definitely PIED. And also those doctors don't know shit. They don't know anything about porn addiction. All that talk about pills is nonsense. Like humans need pills for something. We don't.
