    I posted earlier, but I thought I'll add a little more on this post.

    In addition to all the benefits, my social anxiety and anxiety, in general, is virtually non-existent now :) As the days go on this journey, I'm noticing the tremendous benefits. Only now can I see the negative impact that PMO had on my life. Now I realize that almost all of my problems were due to PMO. I'm truly glad that I made the decision to quit. But like I mentioned earlier, it has to be celibacy of the mind as well, not just the body. This is imperative. Once you come out of the darkness, you'll never want to go back, nor will you ever contemplate it.

    How you guys stay focused everyday , complete every day ?

    it was kind of hard for me at beginning and still . i joined this site 7-8 months back but still i haven't reached 7 days.

    How long did it take you before the anxiety eased up? Did you have a period of increased anxiety? I had two weeks PMO free. Then a fall. Another week no PMO. Then a fall. Another week no PMO. Then a fall and a binge. I've not got a week of no PMO. The week before the binge my anxiety ratcheted up a lot. It makes it harder to avoid PMO. I'm hoping it is just something I have to fight past. In fact I know it is. I'm just wondering how long before it starts to improve.

    It depends on the individual, to be honest. But I would say about 3 to 9 months.

    Bro, block all porn from all your devices.. having no access helps alot. I have over 4 months now nofap at all.. the main reason is i blocked all that junk.
