Quitting porn for good, will this work?

So I have tried to quit pornography in the past with the NoFap approach but I eventually relapse. During the last week I gave it a go again but I'm trying a new approach. Anyways, I have stopped watching pornography in all its forms but I'm still climaxing, hands free (I suppose), I bought this life size half torso ( ass ) silicone thing which sensation wise ( and mechanics ) gets pretty close to the real thing. I also have a delay ejaculation problem during intercourse because of pornography and excessive masturbation. Will this help me with all the problems that I'm having, does anyone here have any similar experiences? Thanks.
